1- Accounting Officer

🕒 𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐟𝐭: Night

📍 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: On-site, Karachi

📅 𝐀𝐯𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲: Immediate Joiners Preferred

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

✅Record financial transactions and maintain documentation

✅Reconcile bank statements and process invoices/payments

✅Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial summaries

✅Manage AP/AR and support audits

✅Ensure compliance with policies and regulations

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:

✅Enrolled in ACCA / CMA / CA

✅6 months to 1 year of accounting experience

✅Proficient in MS Excel; QuickBooks is a plus

✅Strong attention to detail, communication, and time management

2- Staff Accountant

🕒 𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐟𝐭: Night

📍 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: On-site, Karachi

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

✅Manage daily accounting tasks (journal entries, reconciliations, ledgers)

✅Assist with financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual)

✅Ensure compliance with internal controls and standards

✅Coordinate internal/external audits

✅Oversee accounts payable/receivable and follow up on balances

✅Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow

✅Conduct variance analysis and share insights with management

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:

✅2 to 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance

✅Enrolled in ACCA, CA, or ICMA

✅Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting

✅Excellent communication and analytical skills
