CureMD is expanding its HR Department!

We are seeking driven professionals to join us in the following roles:

Associate & Senior Associate – Talent Acquisition:

You will lead end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and assessments to final selection, ensuring the right talent joins our teams. This includes designing sourcing strategies across platforms, partnering with hiring managers to understand needs, managing interview logistics, and building strong candidate relationships. You’ll also contribute to diversity hiring, represent CureMD at career events, and share best practices within the team.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field
0–4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience
Strong knowledge of sourcing, interviewing, and selection methods
Excellent communication (written & spoken English)
Proficiency with ATS and recruitment reporting

Associate – Talent Enablement

As part of the Talent Enablement team, you will support HR operations, manage employee records, coordinate onboarding/offboarding, and generate HR reports. You’ll serve as a liaison between employees and HR, helping to address queries while also contributing to engagement initiatives and process improvements that enhance the employee experience.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field
0–1 year of HR operations experience
Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Proactive, eager to learn, and solution-oriented
