* Manage end-to-end shipping operations, including dispatch planning and coordination
* Prepare and maintain shipping documentation (invoices, delivery notes, and records)
* Coordinate with transporters and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries
* Monitor shipment status and resolve any logistics-related issues
* Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain accurate reporting

* Education: BBA or any relevant degree
* Experience: 1โ3 years in Shipping/Logistics (Beverages/FMCG industry preferred)
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems will be an advantage
