🔹 1. Associate - Business Development (Sales Focus)

Perfect for candidates who love closing deals & client interaction.

What You’ll Do:

- Handle client outreach, meetings & follow-ups

- Drive end-to-end sales cycle (lead → close)

- Understand client needs and pitch relevant solutions

- Build strong client relationships

Requirements:

- Fresh graduate to 1 year of experience

- Strong communication & persuasion skills

- Interest or experience in sales / client handling

- Confidence in dealing with international clients

- Business mindset with a results-driven approach

🔹 2. Associate - Business Development (Growth / Technical – “Builder + Seller”)

A unique hybrid role for candidates who can think technically + communicate effectively.

What You’ll Do:

- Build quick Micro SaaS tools (Python / Streamlit / Low-Code)

- Support technical discovery calls with clients

- Convert vague ideas like “We need AI” into clear solutions/SOWs

- Create technical demos & content

- Act as a bridge between client & development team

- Support pilot projects and technical onboarding

Requirements:

- Fresh graduate to 1 year of experience

- Background in CS / Data / Software Engineering

- Basic proficiency in Python (mandatory)

- Familiarity with APIs, Streamlit, Zapier or low-code tools

- Strong communication with product thinking mindset

🔹 3. Electronic Data Interchange Associate

What You’ll Do:

- Process and manage EDI transactions (orders, invoices, shipments)

- Ensure data accuracy & smooth system integration

- Monitor workflows and resolve data/transaction issues

- Coordinate with teams for timely execution

Requirements:

- Fresh graduate or undergraduate

- Basic understanding of EDI (X12 / EDIFACT) is a plus

- Strong attention to detail

- Good communication & coordination skills
