Job Opportunity: Splicer and Senior splicer (Fiber Optic Technicians)
Location: Lahore-Karachi-Rawalpindi

Responsibilities:
- Perform fiber splicing, termination, and testing for FTTH/OSP projects.
- Handle joint closures, ODF termination, and PON network configurations.
- Conduct fault localization, troubleshooting, and restoration of damaged cables.
- Maintain splicing records, OTDR test results, and network documentation.
- Coordinate with field teams to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Electronics/Telecommunication or equivalent technical qualification.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in fiber splicing and OSP work.
- Hands-on experience with OTDR, power meter, and splicing machines.
-Strong understanding of fiber color codes and cable handling procedures.
-Willingness to work in field conditions and flexible hours when required.
