Requirements:
ย โข MBA / ICMA (Part Qualified)
ย โข 2โ3 years of relevant experience in Direct & Indirect Taxation
ย โข Practical experience in Income Tax and Sales Tax
Key Skills:
ย โข Tax compliance and documentation
ย โข Preparation and filing of tax returns
ย โข Knowledge of tax regulations and reporting
ย โข Coordination with internal and external stakeholders
2: Customer Experience Analyst
ย Department: Marketing
Requirements:
ย โข BBA (Marketing)
ย โข 2โ3 years of experience in Customer Support or E-commerce
Role Overview:
ย We are looking for a proactive Customer Experience Analyst to understand customer behavior and feedback through direct engagement and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze customer feedback from e-commerce platforms
Conduct outbound calls and surveys
Identify trends, pain points, and opportunities
Prepare actionable insights and reports for internal teams
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and CX teams to improve customer experience
