We’re Hiring – Multiple Roles | Islamabad | 1-Year Contract (ASAP Hiring)

Convo, in partnership with Khan Academy Pakistan, is supporting the expansion of their team to drive technology-enabled learning in government schools. We are looking for passionate professionals who want to contribute to improving student learning outcomes through digital education tools.

We are currently hiring for the following ASAP positions (1-year contractual roles):

Implementation Associate (0–2 years experience)

Work directly with assigned school clusters to ensure effective use of the Khan Academy platform. The role involves supporting teachers and students, troubleshooting technical issues, monitoring platform usage, and ensuring students actively engage with the learning tools. Fresh graduates with relevant education-sector exposure are encouraged to apply.

Implementation Supervisor (3–5 years experience)

Lead and coach Implementation Associates while ensuring strong execution across school clusters. The role involves monitoring implementation progress, analyzing data and engagement patterns, resolving operational challenges, and maintaining strong relationships with school leadership and stakeholders.

Teaching & Learning Specialist (5+ years experience)

Focus on teacher coaching and instructional improvement. The role involves helping teachers interpret student learning data, design targeted interventions, and effectively integrate Khan Academy tools into classroom and lab sessions to improve student outcomes.

Location: Islamabad (Field-based)

Travel Requirement: These roles require regular travel to partner schools across Islamabad and Rawalpindi.

Contract Duration: 12 months – Starting April 2026.
