DINERS is expanding its Human Resource Team and is looking for driven professionals ready to grow with a leading fashion retail brand. Candidates with experience in the Retail Fashion Apparel industry will be preferred.ย

๐๐จ๐ฌ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ ๐๐ฏ๐๐ข๐ฅ๐๐๐ฅ๐:
ย โข Human Resource Officer (Generalist) โ Experience: 1 to 2 years
ย โข Human Resource Executive (Generalist) โ Experience: 2 to 3 years
๐๐๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:
-Bachelorโs degree in, Business Administration, or a related field with specialization in HR.
-Preferably experience in Retail Fashion Apparel brands
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Good organizational and coordination abilities
-Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR operations
๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ:
-Assist in recruitment and interview coordination
-Maintain employee records and HR documentation
-Manage onboarding and orientation of new employees
-Coordinate with different departments for HR-related matters
-Support daily HR operations and administrative tasks
-Coordinate & support in payroll process.ย
