Position: MTO - HR 👨🏻‍💼
Location: Karachi 📍

The MTO – HR will support various HR functions and contribute to the execution of HR strategies, policies, and initiatives. The role is designed to provide exposure to key HR areas including recruitment, employee relations, training & development, performance management, HR operations, and compliance, with the goal of grooming the individual for future leadership in HR.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

Assist in job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and shortlisting candidates.
Support in onboarding procedures and documentation.
Maintain and update employee database and records.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement

Help plan and execute employee engagement activities.
Support in addressing employee queries related to HR policies and benefits.
3. Training & Development

Assist in organizing training sessions, collecting feedback, and maintaining training records.
Coordinate with trainers and employees for development programs.
4. HR Operations

Maintain personnel files and ensure compliance with HR documentation.
Prepare HR letters, reports, and internal communications.
Assist in payroll inputs and leave management.
5. Performance Management

Support in performance appraisal activities and documentation.
Assist in tracking goal setting and performance evaluation processes.
6. HR Compliance & Policy Implementation

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Assist in audits, data reports, and policy reviews.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant internship/experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
