Teresol Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and dedicated MIS / Network Technician to join our technical team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in networking, system administration, and IT support, with proven hands-on experience in troubleshooting and managing IT infrastructure.

Eligibility Criteria:

· DAE (Diploma of Associate Engineering) in Computer, Information Technology, Electrical, or Electronics .

· Minimum 5 years of practical experience in networking, system support, and hardware troubleshooting. 

· Certifications like CCNA, Microsoft 365, CompTIA+, Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate (AZ-800 + AZ-801) etc will be a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and maintain network infrastructure including switches, routers, and firewalls. 

· Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues. 

· Monitor system performance and ensure network security, data protection, and uptime. 

· Support MIS (Management Information System) operations and assist in generating reports. 

· Perform routine maintenance, updates, and upgrades on IT systems.

Required Skills:

· Strong understanding of LAN/WAN, routing, switching, and internet connectivity.

· Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware/software issues. 

· Experience with Windows and Linux operating environments. 

· Good working knowledge of IP addressing, network cabling, and basic server configurations. 

· Excellent problem-solving, communication, and technical troubleshooting skills .
