Job Responsibilities:

Search and bid on projects in Website and CMS development.

Write tailored, persuasive proposals for Upwork clients

Communicate professionally with clients via messages and calls

Follow up on bids, manage communication, and close deals

Support internal teams with project scoping and coordination

Help meet monthly sales and bidding targets

Requirement:

Education: Intermediate to Graduation

Experience: 1 to 2 years in Upwork bidding or a similar sales/client acquisition role

Strong written and verbal English communication skills

Confident in handling client calls and video meetings

Understanding of services like Website and CMS development.

Shift Timings: Night
