About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Merchandiser to manage product planning, development, and coordination with buyers and suppliers. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and passionate about the export industry.
🔎 Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with buyers for product development and order follow-ups
Ensure timely procurement of raw materials and trims
Monitor production timelines and quality control checkpoints
Prepare cost sheets, manage samples, and maintain records
Work closely with design, production, and quality teams
Keep up with trends, customer preferences, and market demands
🎓 Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate / Masters
2–3 years of experience in merchandising
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of production and supply chain is a plus
💼 What We Offer:
Salary range will be 50-65 K as per experience
