𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼: Director, Technical Sales & Marketing

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆:

 We are looking for a dynamic Manager, Sales & Support to lead our sales team in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base within industrial and commercial sectors. 

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

 • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve revenue targets and explore new business opportunities.

 • Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives.

 • Conduct pre-order site inspections and supervise BOQ preparation with accurate specifications.

 • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close deals ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.

 • Oversee installation, execution, and commissioning support in coordination with technical teams.

 • Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze data for continuous improvement.

 • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, addressing escalations effectively.

 • Collaborate with marketing, engineering, procurement, and technical teams for smooth operations.

 • Maintain integrity, teamwork, and uphold company values in all business dealings.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

 • Proven experience in sales and team leadership within industrial or commercial sectors.

 • Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.

 • Technical knowledge of BTS, TX, AVR products is preferred.

 • Ability to mentor teams, manage multiple projects, and drive performance.
