We Are Hiring Manager Operations - RCM (Medical Billing)
Manifest Technology Solutions is looking for an experienced and results-driven Manager Operations – Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to join our growing medical billing team.
Location: Rawalpindi
Requirements:
> 5–6+ years of overall experience in the medical billing / RCM industry
> Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience as Manager Operations – RCM in a reputable company.
> Strong expertise in client onboarding and implementation.
> Proven experience in client communication and relationship management
> Strong command over team management, process optimization, and workflow monitoring
> Excellent understanding of US healthcare billing, claims, denials, AR, payment posting, and compliance
> Must possess excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
> Ability to handle client meetings, escalations, and operational reporting professionally.
