𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Lead Customer Support

📍𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: PECHS Block 2, Karachi (Onsite)

🕒 Timings: Mon–Fri, 10 AM – 7 PM

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Manage customer support operations

• Oversee software implementation

• Conduct presentations and training sessions for customers

• Provide technical assistance

• Coordinate with internal teams for project delivery

• Maintain client relationships and documentation

• Handle change requests and ensure continuous improvement

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (preferred) or a related field

✅ Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
