Techloset Solutions is hiring Junior Talent Acquisition Manager to execute and support their initiatives
Location: Faisalabad

Responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company's staffing needs
ย Developing job descriptions and specifications
ย Conducting interviews
ย Managing recruitment databases
ย Collaborating with various departments to understand hiring requirements
ย Fostering employee retention strategies
ย Managing the companyโs internal environment to ensure a positive and productive workplace culture

Recruitment and Talent Sourcing experience
ย Proficient in Interviewing and Candidate Assessment
ย Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills

ย Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
ย Prior experience in the technology industry is a plus
