As we expand, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Inventory Planner to support our inventory management operations and ensure product availability in the right place at the right time.

Position Overview:

The Junior Inventory Planner will assist in monitoring inventory levels, analyzing sales trends, and supporting replenishment activities for retail stores and online channels. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, eager to learn, and ready to grow within the supply chain and retail planning field.

Key Responsibilities:

-Assist in monitoring and maintaining optimal inventory levels across stores and online channels.
-Support demand forecasting by analyzing historical sales data, promotions, and seasonal trends.
-Help prepare and manage Open-to-Buy (OTB) reports under guidance.
-Coordinate with Visual Merchandising and Supply Chain teams to align stock availability with business needs.
-Assist in generating inventory performance reports (e.g., sell-through rates, stock turnover).
-Support seasonal and promotional inventory planning.

Preferred Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Basic understanding of retail buying, merchandising, or inventory processes will be an advantage.
-Proficiency in MS Excel; analytical mindset with attention to detail.
