Position: IT Support Officer
We are seeking a candidate with a strong passion for troubleshooting and delivering exceptional user support.

Job Description:

Provide first-level technical support to users (hardware, software, network, and applications).
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Manage user accounts, email configurations, and access permissions.
Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN, internet connectivity, and Wi-Fi networks.
Provide support for IT systems such as ERP, VPN, and security solutions.
Ensure data backup and assist in data recovery when required.
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
