We’re Hiring – IT Support Executive (Karachi)
Location: Karachi Office
Big Tree Media Pvt. Ltd., the parent company of Aik News, is seeking a competent and proactive IT Support Executive to join our Karachi team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide system and network support to ensure seamless operations.
Manage and troubleshoot FTP server-related issues.
Configure, maintain, and support biometric attendance systems.
Install, monitor, and troubleshoot CCTV systems.
Manage internet, DHCP network, and Wi-Fi setup, configuration, and maintenance.
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of networking, hardware, and basic server management.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Relevant work experience will be an added advantage.
