📍 Headstart School – Head Office, F-6/2, Islamabad
🕒 Immediate Joining
Headstart School is looking for a hands-on and proactive IT Officer to provide day-to-day technical support and ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems at our Head Office.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Provide technical support for laptops, desktops, and peripherals
• Troubleshoot internet/Wi-Fi and LAN connectivity issues
• Configure and support network printers and scanners
• Handle Windows OS issues, updates, and driver installations
• Assist with email setups (Outlook, IMAP/POP/Exchange)
• Perform basic troubleshooting for CCTV/NVR systems when required
• Maintain IT inventory and coordinate with vendors
• Set up new systems (user profiles, applications, configurations)
✔ Must-Have Skills
• Strong experience in technical IT support
• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Understanding of IP addressing, gateways, DNS, and ping testing
• Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11
• Printer configuration and network printing
• Wi-Fi troubleshooting skills
➕ Good to Have
• Basic knowledge of CCTV/NVR operations
• Familiarity with firewalls and routers
• macOS support experience
• Prior experience in school or corporate environments
