About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive IT Manager to oversee and manage our company’s IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in hardware, software, network support, and CCTV systems. This role requires both technical expertise and leadership skills to ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations and user support.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and applications.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

Provide effective user support and training to employees.

Manage and maintain network infrastructure and security.

Oversee cable laying, network setup, and related infrastructure projects.

Administer, monitor, and maintain CCTV systems.

Ensure regular system backups, updates, and IT security measures.

Coordinate with management for IT policies, budgets, and improvements.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Proven experience in IT support/management roles.

Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking.

Hands-on experience with CCTV installation and support.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and leadership abilities.
