Infinite RCM, a leading medical billing company, is seeking a full-time IT & Digital Support Specialist to join our onsite team in Rawalpindi. This hybrid role blends technical IT support with digital marketing responsibilities.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
Maintain system performance, user access, and security protocols
Manage and improve SEO and social media marketing efforts
Design basic marketing graphics (social media posts, flyers, etc.)
Coordinate with vendors for updates and maintenance
Provide daily support for onsite staff and systems
✅ Requirements:
Proven experience in IT support (networking, troubleshooting, system setup)
Familiarity with Windows, Office 365, and cloud platforms
Basic knowledge of SEO, social media platforms, and content strategy
Skills in graphic design tools like Canva or Photoshop
Strong communication and multitasking abilities
Bonus: Experience with healthcare or medical billing platforms
