Position: IT Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support: Provide first-line IT support to staff for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

Hardware Maintenance: Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.

Software Management: Assist in the installation and updating of authorized software and applications (MS Office, Antivirus, Agri-ERP systems).

Network Assistance: Support the maintenance of the local area network (LAN), Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.

System Monitoring: Help monitor system performance and assist in troubleshooting routine problems.

Inventory Management: Maintain a log of IT equipment, software licenses, and support requests.

Data Security: Follow company protocols for data backup and basic cybersecurity measures.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (BSCS, BSIT). and strong practical experience may also apply.

Experience: 0-1 years of experience in an IT support role. Fresh graduates with excellent skills are encouraged to apply.

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of Windows OS (10/11) and MS Office 365

Familiarity with antivirus software and basic cybersecurity principles.

Soft Skills:

Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Strong communication skills to assist non-technical users effectively (Urdu & local language essential, English preferred).

Proactive, eager to learn, and a reliable team player.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
