🔧 What You’ll Do:
- Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
- Handle onboarding / offboarding & user support
- Provide remote help via AnyDesk
- Support desktops, laptops, networks & printers
✅ Requirements:
- Must have 6 months - 1.5 years of experience
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and networking
- Experience with Microsoft 365 admin tools
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills
