International Sales Specialist, US Healthcare RCM (Night Shift)

Role Overview

As an International Sales Specialist, you will be the first point of contact between Precision Hub and U.S. healthcare providers. You will research and engage practice administrators, billing managers, and physician groups, and book qualified appointments for our senior sales team. This is a prospecting and appointment-setting role, not a closing role.

Key Responsibilities

Research and build lists of U.S. clinics, hospital billing departments, and physician groups

Conduct outbound outreach through cold calls, email, and LinkedIn

Qualify leads by identifying RCM pain points such as denial rates, AR backlogs, staffing gaps, and collection issues

Book qualified meetings for Account Executives

Keep accurate lead records, call notes, and follow-ups in the CRM

Meet weekly and monthly targets for outreach volume, connect rate, and appointments booked

Work with the sales and marketing teams to improve scripts, messaging, and target segments

Requirements

Proven experience in international sales, lead generation, or outbound B2B sales (U.S., UK, or Gulf markets preferred)

Track record of meeting calling, lead, or appointment-setting targets

Excellent spoken and written English, with confidence on calls with U.S. decision-makers

Comfortable with high call volumes, gatekeepers, and objection handling

Experience with a CRM such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar

Ability to work the U.S. night shift on-site

Preferred (not mandatory)

Experience in healthcare, medical billing, or RCM

Familiarity with terms such as denials, AR, EOBs, and CPT/ICD codes

Experience with sales tools such as Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Experience selling to physician groups, multi-location clinics, or hospital systems
