Job Overview:

 Taj Residencia, a flagship project of Sardar Group of Companies, is seeking a qualified and experienced professional for the position of Infrastructure Engineer. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, and supervision of infrastructure development works within the housing society, ensuring compliance with approved designs, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Plan, supervise, and monitor infrastructure works including roads, sewerage, drainage, and water supply systems

·        Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and standards

·        Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal departments

·        Review and verify engineering designs, BOQs, and technical documents

·        Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards at site

·        Monitor project progress and prepare reports on work status

·        Identify and resolve technical issues during project execution

Requirements:

·        BSc Civil Engineering (specialization in Infrastructure)

·        Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in infrastructure development, preferably in a housing society

·        Strong knowledge of infrastructure design and execution

·        Good understanding of construction standards, drawings, and project management

·        Effective communication and reporting skills
