We are looking for a results-driven Industrial Engineer to lead and optimize our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in production planning, process improvement, and efficiency enhancement within a factory environment.

4.5 Km Khurianwala Jaranwala Road, Faisalabad

🔎 Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and improve manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost, and quality, lead time and motion studies, line balancing, and layout optimization, drive productivity improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing projects, collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to solve operational bottlenecks, support capacity planning and resource utilization, ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field, along with 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing/production environment. Strong knowledge of lean tools, time study methods, and process engineering
