𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 & 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:

- Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field

- 01 - 02 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:

- Collaborate with clients to assess their business requirements and objectives.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction.

- Lead the implementation of our solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration.

- Ensure that solutions are aligned with client needs and industry best practices.

- Monitor project progress, manage scope, and mitigate risks.

- Provide training and knowledge transfer sessions to clients and end-users.

- Ensure that clients have the skills and resources to effectively use the implemented solutions.

- Offer technical support during the implementation phase, addressing client questions and issues.

- Escalate technical problems to the appropriate teams for resolution.

- Create and maintain implementation documentation, including project plans, technical specifications, and user guides.

- Gather client feedback and insights to continuously improve our solutions and implementation processes.

- Provide recommendations for product enhancements and improvements.
