Cloud Rexpo is looking for Human Resources Manager
📍 Location: Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi
🕘 Shift: Full Night Shift (On-Site)
💰 Salary: Up to PKR 200,000

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven HR Manager to lead end-to-end HR operations in a structured, performance-oriented BPO environment.
Key Responsibilities
🔹End-to-end recruitment & manpower planning
🔹 Attendance, performance & team reporting
🔹 Labor law compliance & employee relations
🔹 SOP & HR policy development and enforcement
🔹 Payroll coordination & HR operations
🔹 Cross-department coordination (Ops, QA, Finance)
Requirements
🔹 3–6 years of HR experience (BPO / Corporate preferred)
🔹 Strong knowledge of labor laws & HR compliance
🔹 Experience managing large teams & structured reporting
🔹Hands-on with ERP / HR systems
🔹 Excellent communication & leadership skills
Preference Will Be Given To
🔹 Candidates with BPO experience
🔹 Hiring exposure for Tech & Non-Tech roles
