Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Intern to join our HR department. This internship provides hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative support. The role is ideal for fresh graduates looking to build a strong foundation in HR practices within a growing tech organization.

Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, screening, scheduling interviews)

Support in employee onboarding and documentation

Maintain and update employee records and databases

Help coordinate HR activities, events, and internal communications

Provide administrative support to the HR department

Requirements:

Fresh graduates (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related fields)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Eager to learn and contribute in a fast-paced work environment
