Job Title: Project Associate - HR Operations

Department: Human Resources

Location: Head Office Rawalpindi

 

Job Summary:

LOLC Microfinance Bank Limited is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Officer - HR Operations to manage and coordinate HR-related operational matters across branches of LOLC Microfinance Bank. The role involves handling employee documentation, payroll assistance, insurance administration, employee cards, transfers, and HR operational functions to ensure smooth HR service delivery.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end HR operations.

Process and maintain employee records, documentation, and HR database.

Handle issuance and renewal of employee cards.

Coordinate employee health insurance and life insurance enrollments, claims, and updates.

Manage employee transfers, confirmations, promotions, and status changes.

Assist in payroll processing and coordinate with finance for salary disbursement.

Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.

Support onboarding and off-boarding processes.

Maintain accurate HR reports and MIS.

Respond to branch HR-related queries and provide timely resolutions.

Assist in audits and compliance documentation.

Maintain confidentiality of employee records and HR data.

 

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 6 months of experience in HR Operations or similar role.

Strong knowledge of HR processes and documentation.

Proficiency in MS Excel (mandatory).

Good communication and coordination skills.

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to handle multiple branches and tasks efficiently.

Attention to detail and confidentiality awareness.


Preferred Skills:

Experience in banking or microfinance sector (preferred).

Knowledge of payroll systems and HR software.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
