Carpe Diem Team is Hiring: HR Officer (Remote)
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team remotely. If you have strong organizational skills and experience managing remote teams, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and track remote employees using tracking tools/software
• Manage attendance and ensure accuracy in records
• Prepare reports and maintain data using Excel
• Handle basic payroll cycle processes
• Identify and resolve employee-related issues efficiently
• Ensure smooth HR operations and communication
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree (Graduation is mandatory)
• Strong command of MS Excel and reporting
• Experience with attendance management and tracking tools
• Good understanding of payroll basics
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Self-disciplined and able to work in a structured remote environment
⏰ Job Type: Full-time (9 hours dedicated shift)
