- Oversee hiring processes, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures.

- Develop and implement HR strategies to drive employee engagement and retention.

- Foster positive employee relations, resolving conflicts and providing support.

- Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR initiatives.

Requirements:

- Bachelors or Master’s degree in HR or related field

- 1-2 years of experience in HR role

- Strong understanding of HR processes

- Excellent communication skills
