Job Summary:

The HR manager is responsible for overseeing recruitment, HR operations, and employee engagement to ensure a smooth and efficient HR function. This role involves developing and implementing HR strategies, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, streamlining HR operations, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Partner with department heads to identify hiring needs and ensure timely placements.

Oversee HR policies and procedures.

Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.

Ensure payroll processing, benefits administration, and attendance management.

Handle grievance resolution, disciplinary actions, and conflict management.

Monitor and improve HR systems and processes for efficiency.

Develop and implement employee engagement programs to boost morale and productivity.

Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and suggest improvements.

Organize team-building activities, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.

Address employee concerns and maintain a positive work environment.

 

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2+ years of HR experience.

Strong background in recruitment, HR operations, and employee engagement.

Experience in the IT or telecom industry preferred.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems).

Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

Strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
