We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our growing Human Resources team. This is an entry-level position, ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 6 months of experience who are eager to start and build a career in HR.
You will provide support in day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records. Full training will be provided we value your positive attitude, willingness to learn, and communication skills more than prior experience.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

● Assist with job postings and coordinate interview schedules
● Support onboarding processes (document collection, orientation, etc.)
● Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
● Handle routine HR-related queries and direct them to relevant team members
● Assist in organizing HR events, employee engagement activities, and trainings
● Support the HR team in daily administrative tasks
● Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫

● Fresh graduates (Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields preferred)
● 0–6 months of internship or job experience (not mandatory)
● Basic understanding of HR practices is a plus
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities
● Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
● Willingness to learn and grow within the HR field
