Head of ECommerce

Job Title: Head of ECommerce at JAPAN ELECTRONICS

We are hiring a Head of ECommerce to lead and scale our digital commerce function, drive online revenue growth, and build a seamless omni-channel experience across platforms, marketplaces, and retail operations.

Location: Head Office, Islamabad

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the company’s e-commerce growth strategy

- Own online revenue targets, profitability, and performance metrics

- Drive traffic acquisition, conversion optimization, and customer retention

- Manage D2C platforms and oversee marketplace operations (e.g., Daraz)

- Optimize product assortment, pricing, promotions, and digital merchandising

- Ensure seamless coordination across e-commerce, marketing, retail, and supply chain

- Improve fulfillment efficiency including warehouse operations and last-mile delivery

- Monitor customer experience metrics (CSAT, NPS, turnaround time)

- Implement data-driven decision-making through KPI dashboards and analytics

- Build and lead a high-performing e-commerce team

Qualifications & Experience

- MBA (Marketing, Digital Business, or E-Commerce) preferred

- 10–15+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital commerce, or online retail leadership

- Proven track record of scaling online revenue in multi-brand retail environments

- Strong exposure to D2C platforms, marketplaces, OMS/ERP integrations, and logistics

- Experience in consumer electronics, home appliances, or FMCG sectors preferred

Candidates from leading retail and marketplace ecosystems such as Telemart, Carrefour, Metro, Imtiaz, or similar environments will be preferred.
