We’re Hiring: Fundraising & Business Strategy Consultant (Tech / E-commerce / SaaS)

Exact Solution Electronics is looking for an experienced consultant to help us build an investor-ready business plan, pitch deck, financial model, and fundraising strategy for US & EU markets.
Our company operates at the intersection of:
• Consumer electronics & refurbished hardware
• Multi-marketplace e-commerce
• Proprietary SaaS layer
• B2B & B2C models
This is a strategic, advisory role — not just document design. We need someone who can translate a complex, inventory-heavy + tech-enabled business into a clear, compelling investment story.
What You’ll Do:
✔ Develop an investor-ready business plan
✔ Build/redesign a 15–20 slide pitch deck
✔ Refine financial model & investor KPIs (LTV/CAC, unit economics, margins, capital efficiency)
✔ Shape fundraising strategy (Pre-seed to Series A)
✔ Support outreach messaging for angels & VCs
Must-Have:
• Proven track record of helping startups raise funding
• Experience with tech/SaaS/hardware/marketplace models
• Strong financial modeling & investor storytelling skills
• Experience working with US and/or EU investors
