โ๏ธConduct regular food safety audits at retail outlets as per company SOPs.
โ๏ธ Monitor and ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene practices at stores.
โ๏ธ Check product expiry dates and ensure timely removal and corrective actions.
โ๏ธ Ensure food safety checklists are properly maintained and updated on time.
โ๏ธ Perform food sampling and basic analysis to detect contamination or quality issues.
โ๏ธ Monitor freezers, chillers, snacks storage, and temperature controls.
โ๏ธ Identify non-conformities and prepare audit reports with corrective action plans.
โ๏ธ Follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) with store management.
