About the Role:

M&P Express Logistics (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for a Fleet Store Executive to efficiently manage inventory and stock control for the company’s fleet operations in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, ensuring timely issuance of spare parts, and supporting smooth maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update fleet inventory records in the system.

Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of spare parts and consumables.

Receive, inspect, and record incoming spare parts and materials.

Issue parts and supplies as per approved requests while maintaining proper documentation.

Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile any discrepancies.

Coordinate with procurement and workshop teams for stock and maintenance requirements.

Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards in store operations.

Requirements:

Experience: 2–4 years in inventory management, warehouse/store operations, or fleet management (experience in logistics or transport sector preferred).

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills:

Strong understanding of inventory control and record-keeping.

Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/store management systems.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Attention to detail and proactive approach to work.
