Finance Officer

Impetus Systems (FlowFiz - Premium AI Hardware Brand) is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Officer to support invoicing, taxation, financial record-keeping, and reporting while ensuring compliance with regulatory and company requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in preparing, issuing, and following up on invoices to ensure timely payments.

- Verify billing data accuracy and support in resolving discrepancies.

- Maintain accurate records of transactions, payments, and adjustments.

- Support in building and maintaining positive client relationships for smooth payment processes.

- Assist in the preparation and filing of Sales Tax (SRB, PRA, FBR) and Withholding Tax (Salary, Supplier, Rent).

- Collect and organize monthly expense invoices.

- Help maintain financial reports and assist in reconciling discrepancies.

- Record payments, maintain documentation, and support expense reimbursement processes.

- Assist in reviewing purchase orders to ensure budget compliance.

- Support the preparation of management reports as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration (Finance), or a related field.

- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

- Basic knowledge of accounting and taxation principles.

- Familiarity with Xero Software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel) is a plus.

- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

- Good communication and organizational skills.
