🔸 Job Description:

Deploy Private Limited is looking for a Finance & Accounts Officer to manage core financial operations, including financial statement preparation, banking activities, reconciliations, and ERP management. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in accounting principles and a proactive approach to process improvement.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports.

Handle banking transactions, fund management, and payment processes.

Perform regular bank and ledger reconciliations.

Maintain and update financial data within the ERP system.

Assist with audits, month-end closings, and compliance tasks.

Support management with accurate financial analysis and insights.

🔹 Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce.

2–4 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.

Strong command over financial reporting, reconciliations, and ERP systems.

Excellent analytical, communication, and Excel skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
