Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Figma Designer, located in Faisalabad. The Figma Designer will be responsible for creating and implementing design concepts, user interfaces (UI), and user experiences (UX) using Figma. The role includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs, conducting user research, wireframing, prototyping, and iterating on design solutions based on feedback. Additionally, the designer will ensure that design work aligns with business goals and brand guidelines.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of professional experience
Proficiency in Figma and design tools for creating UI/UX
Experience in conducting user research, wireframing, and prototyping
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and ability to iterate based on feedback
Ability to work on-site in Faisalabad
Experience with responsive design and mobile-first design principles is a plus
Note: this is a full-time on-site role based in Business Center NTU, Faisalabad. We’re currently able to consider only those who can work from our office.
