Qualification: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Fashion Designing

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
Fashion Designer (Kids Wear) is responsible for but not limited to
·Oversee the research and development of new styles
·Manage the design process from conception to final styling
·Conduct market research to identify new trends, fabrics, and sources of design inspiration
·Collaborate with team members to select seasonal themes, refine collections, and develop new concepts
·Ensure products align with the overall business strategy
·Create production sketches for development packages
Work closely with a technical designer to ensure accuracy in development packages
