Fashion Designer (Kids Wear) is responsible for but not limited to
ยทOversee the research and development of new styles
ยทManage the design process from conception to final styling
ยทConduct market research to identify new trends, fabrics, and sources of design inspiration
ยทCollaborate with team members to select seasonal themes, refine collections, and develop new concepts
ยทEnsure products align with the overall business strategy
ยทCreate production sketches for development packages
Work closely with a technical designer to ensure accuracy in development packages
