Job Title: Fabric Store Incharge
Location: Faisalabad (Preferred Faisalabad Candidate)
A leading Garments Export Unit in Faisalabad looking for Fabric Store Incharge.
Job Summary:
· Receive fabric rolls from suppliers or warehouse.
· Verify quantity, quality, shade, and GSM according to purchase order and delivery challan.
· Coordinate with the Quality Control department for fabric inspection.
· Maintain accurate records of fabric stock in ERP or manual registers.
· Monitor fabric stock levels and report shortages to management.
· Conduct regular stock counts and assist in monthly or annual inventory audits.
· Issue fabric to the cutting department according to approved requisitions.
· Maintain proper documentation of fabric issuance.
· Maintain proper labeling and identification of fabric lots, colors, and styles.
· Maintain fabric inward and outward registers.
· Monitor fabric wastage and report discrepancies.
Education
· Bachelor’s / Master degree Preferred.
Experience
· Experience: 4–5 years of experience in Fabric Store in a Garments Manufacturing Unit.
· Knowledge of fabric types, GSM, shade, and lot management.
· Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory software.
· Strong record keeping and reporting skills.
