We’re Hiring: E-Commerce & Online Order Management Executive

📍 Location: Lahore – Head Office ( 29km Ferozepur Road, Lahore)

We’re looking for a super-efficient, detail-oriented and proactive team member who can take full ownership of our online order management operations and ensure a seamless customer journey from checkout to delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing:

* Manage all orders through Shopify — from placement to delivery.

* Coordinate with warehouse teams for stock availability and dispatch timelines.

* Manage Omni / Retail Pro integration to keep stock perfectly synced between retail and online.

* Handle courier coordination (pickups, tracking, COD settlements, payments).

* Respond quickly and professionally to order-related customer queries (email, WhatsApp, or DMs).

* Prepare and maintain daily/weekly order performance reports.

* Track and reconcile payments and return settlements with finance and courier teams.

Who We’re Looking For:

- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations or order management.

- Strong command over Shopify, Retail Pro, and Omni.

- Fast, responsive, and extremely organized — no missed messages, no pending updates.

- Excellent communication skills in English & Urdu.

- Strong Excel/Google Sheets and coordination skills.

- Ownership mindset — you don’t wait for reminders; you get things done.
