Creatif Soft is E-Commerce Automation Account Manager (Amazon FBA, Walmart, TikTok)
Weโre looking for an experienced account manager to join our team and help run our Amazon FBA, Walmart, and TikTok automation stores. Youโll be responsible for handling everything from setting up accounts, finding suppliers, researching products, and managing order fulfillment.
๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ:
- Set up and manage new e-commerce accounts on Amazon, Walmart, and/or TikTok Shop.
- Source reliable wholesale or dropshipping suppliers.
- Conduct product research to find profitable and high-demand products
- List and optimize products according to platform best practices
- Handle order processing and fulfillment accurately and on time
- Maintain communication with suppliers and handle any order-related issues
- Monitor store performance and ensure compliance with platform policies
- Troubleshoot account issues, such as suspensions or listing problems

- Proven experience with Amazon FBA, Walmart Marketplace, or TikTok Shop operations
- Strong understanding of order fulfillment and supply chain logistics
- Ability to source suppliers and manage product inventory efficiently
- Familiarity with automation tools and spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Reliable and self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities
