Switch Communications is Hiring Digital Marketing Specialist - Performance Marketing

Location: Islamabad

 

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing/acquisition campaigns on Google Display Network (GDN), Meta Platforms, and TikTok.

- Drive growth and monetization of Digital Apps, OTT Apps & E-Commerce platforms in Pakistan & globally.

- Develop scalable strategies to increase product subscriptions across multiple advertising channels.

- Enhance App Store Optimization (ASO) for improved visibility and installs.

- Monitor and improve key KPIs including CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, and subscription conversion rates.

- Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, app flows, user interfaces and subscription journeys to identify bottlenecks and improve conversion rates.

- Analyze user funnels and identify growth opportunities across web and app platforms.

- Handle tracking and analytics via GA4, Firebase, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, and Google Tag Manager.

- Manage campaign budgets efficiently to maximize performance and returns.

- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth campaign execution.

 

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (preferably for OTT apps).

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.

- Strong experience in product-based and subscription-driven campaigns.

- Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.

- Experience in app growth, monetization strategies, and e-commerce performance marketing.

- Proven expertise in handling different campaign types including telco subscription campaigns, e-commerce sales/ROAS campaigns, app installs, awareness, and traffic campaigns.

- Strong grip on analytics, A/B testing, content management, and performance tracking tools.

- Proven experience managing performance marketing budgets of up to $30K USD per month while maximizing ROI.

𝐍𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:

- Working knowledge of Google Search Console.

- Experience working with OTT platforms, telco, or digital subscription products.

- Practical experience with ASO (App Store Optimization).
