We are currently seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to join our team and provide essential technical support across our organization. This role is ideal for someone with strong troubleshooting skills, a customer-focused mindset, and hands-on experience in managing hardware, software, and basic network issues in a dynamic IT environment.
As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices, while supporting users both onsite and remotely. You will handle service desk tickets, ensure systems remain secure and up to date through regular maintenance, and manage IT asset inventory. The role also includes assisting with network connectivity issues such as LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN, maintaining documentation, and working closely with other IT teams to resolve escalated issues. Your attention to detail, technical knowledge, and commitment to excellent user support will be critical to the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.
