Deputy Manager Production

Electropolymers Private Limited is looking to hire a “Deputy Manager Production.”

Responsibilities:

-Prepare replenishment plans and monitor departmental activities to ensure smooth production flow and compliance.

-Lead production operations to consistently achieve monthly targets while maintaining strict adherence to quality standards.

-Minimize rejection rates, rework, and downtime through data-driven process improvements and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) monitoring.

-Troubleshoot production issues and implement strategies to enhance departmental efficiency.

-Monitor daily production reports and stock levels to ensure timely execution of production goals.

-Enforce 5S practices and lead continuous improvement initiatives within the department.

-Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational challenges.

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in Polymer, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).

-5 to 7 years of experience in production or manufacturing, preferably in the injection molding or automotive industry.

-Proven ability to lead teams and manage production operations efficiently.

-Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with hands-on experience in process improvement and OEE monitoring.

-Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
