Thal Engineering, a leading automotive parts manufacturer, is looking for a Deputy Manager - OEM Sales to drive business growth through strategic sales initiatives, key account management, and market development.
๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ:
โข Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth and profitability targets.
โข Manage key OEM accounts and maintain strong customer relationships through regular engagement.
โข Identify new business opportunities and respond to new product development inquiries.
โข Coordinate with internal teams to prepare competitive offers and secure contracts.
โข Promote the Thal Engineering (TE) brand through trade fairs, marketing materials, and digital platforms.
โข Explore local and export market opportunities and support international sales efforts.
๐๐๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:
โข Bachelorโs degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
โข 6โ7 years of experience in OEM sales, business development, or key account management, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing sector.
โข Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
โข Proficiency in SAP and MS Office.
